Rachel Lyons Learning provides highly engaging, interactive soft skills training, delivered by facilitators with a wealth of experience working with the employees and leaders of blue chip companies.

We are led by Rachel Lyons who has 19 years experience providing training to top financial services firms and organisations including the London Stock Exchange, HSBC, Barclays, RBS, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Schroders, Deutsche Bank and CitiGroup.

Our uplifting and insightful training enables participants to reach their full potential by honing a range of personal development skills. We cover everything from communication and presentation skills to crafting your personal brand, receiving feedback and design thinking. Our trainers also work with leaders to help them maximise individual performance, drive change and build effective teams.

Delivered in person or online, our courses can be included as part of training programs for an intake of graduates or provided as stand alone sessions.
