Reviews
Personal Coaching
11 Jun, 2026 • In Person
The one to one coaching was world class. I have to admit to being slightly sceptical of the benefits before I started. As a business owner and founder I have always been of the mindset that you find your own way through the challenges you face. I still believe that’s true. But the coaching I received help me do just that. It clears the noise, structures your thinking and gives you an independent thinker outside you of your usual sphere of influence to help you find ‘you own way’ Helen was challenging, supportive and the sessions and the follow up were first rate.
Senior Associate Development Centre
11 Jun, 2026 • Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
NMF were great to work with - they understood what we needed, communicated clearly throughout, and their presenters/facilitators were excellent. The whole project was a positive experience - for me as a project manager as well as for the participants on the development programme.
RISE Program
10 Jun, 2026 • Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
We engaged Nicholson McBride Fisher (NMF) to support a global top talent leadership development program and their work exceeded our expectations in two critical ways. First, the modular content was delivered to our participants just when they needed it, and second, NMF was extremely open to working with our team to modify the content to align their content with key messaging of the company. In addition, the team from NMF was a pleasure to work with. And in this day and age, that is a huge plus!
Senior Management Team awayday
10 Jun, 2026 • In Person
A brilliantly facilitated awayday by Helen for our newly formed Senior Management Team. The agenda for the day was carefully constructed after Helen spoke to each team member in advance, which resulted in a good mix of activities to help a new team get to know one another, to gauge team dynamics, as well as practical work on how to make our meetings more effective. An enjoyable day, and highly valued by the team.
