Phil is a senior figure in leadership and organizational development with more than 30 years of experience with global organisations. He is an executive coach and business psychologist who partners energetically with his clients to support their aspirations. He works with leaders and rising talent in global organisations in EMEA and Asia, coaching and facilitating senior executives and their teams through growth, organisational development and crisis management. He has more than 5,000 hours of executive coaching experience and has worked with the Country and Regional CEOs/MDs of many large organisations. He holds a British Psychological Society (BPS) Certificate of Competency in Psychological Testing, Levels A and B and is accredited in a number of psychometrics including Hogan, Saville Wave, 16PF, MBTI and SHL tests and questionnaires.
