Helen is business psychologist who specialises in helping organisations to become more effective through their people. She has worked in most major industrial sectors, as well as the public sector. Helen has a track record of achieving measurable results, with clients in over 80 organisations. She is accredited for a number of psychometric tools, including: Insights Discovery, Hogan, Prophet, Lumina, Strengthscope and others. Identified as one of the ’20 most inspiring women leaders of the year’ by The Women Leaders magazine, Helen has been a guest speaker on master’s programmes running at the University of Cambridge and University College London. She is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, an opt-in research community of business professionals.
