Ruth is a Business Psychologist, consultant and Executive Coach with nearly 30 years’ of experience working globally and across all sectors. Ruth blends her extensive knowledge of psychology with her broad experience of business, thereby helping her clients to think beyond the obvious and create well-considered and long-lasting change. Her focus is always on enabling people to get the best from themselves and organisations to get the best from their people, which she does in a variety of ways, including individual and team coaching, designing and delivering management and leadership programmes, , psychometric testing for selection and development, and leading talent and succession planning initiatives. Ruth’s approach is often described as highly pragmatic and empathetic yet willing to challenge. She is a certified business psychologist with the ABP and BPS, and is qualified in various psychometrics, including: EQi, FIRO Element B, Hogan, MAPP, MBTI, PROPHET, SDI and Strengthscope.
