Her experience spans executive coaching, designing and delivering leadership and management programmes, and working directly with teams to improve performance, alignment and collaboration. She has led assessment and development initiatives that identify talent and accelerate growth, and regularly advises organisations on strategic people challenges, including talent management and succession planning.
