Kate is a leadership consultant, facilitator and executive coach who specialises in helping organisations enhance performance through the development of their leaders, teams and culture. She has over 20 years’ experience working across the fields of strategy, organisational development, leadership development and coaching, and has partnered with clients across the private sector (including financial, legal and professional services, consumer and retail, and technology), public sector and third sector. Her primary areas of focus are executive coaching, team effectiveness, high impact communication, strategy execution and organisational change. The consistent thread throughout all her work is a deep fascination with people, relationships and behaviour, and how these shape individual, team and organisational performance. She is accredited to deliver Insights Discovery, PROPHET and MAPP psychometric tools.
