Kate is a leadership development consultant and coach who specialises in helping organisations to drive performance through development of their people. She as been working in the fields of strategy, OD and change management, and coaching for 16 years and has partnered with clients in the private sector (with a particular focus on financial and professional services), public sector (central and local government), and third sector. Her primary areas of focus are strategic facilitation, top team effectiveness and cultural change and the consistent thread throughout all her work is a deep fascination with people and relationships, and how this often lies at the heart of individual and organisational performance. She is accredited as an executive coach by the Association of Executive Coaching and an accredited Action Learning Facilitator and is accredited to deliver the PROPHET and MAPP psychometric tools.
