S-iBA Vision is a Swiss-based company with 20+ years experience specializing in innovative, VR enhanced learning and skill building solutions, particularly for sales, leadership, and management training. We help clients to design and roll-out time effective and high impact skill-building programs by combining immersive VR/AI based and autonomous knowledge acquisition with face to face practice bootcamps to increase engagement and measurable Return on Learning (ROL).
Methodology
Traditional training is no longer enough because "knowing how" is useless if it is not transferred in "showing how". Therefor, organizations need learning that is engaging, scalable, and truly transformative.
