Her career as a Talent Development expert ranges across several European and American investment banks: Commerzbank, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and most recently Goldman Sachs. Valeria is an Occupational Psychologist specialising in Talent Development: she is a knowledgeable Instructional Designer and has developed several leadership development programmes and training sessions; she is an experienced Trainer and Facilitator with an authentic and engaging style; she is comfortable delivering in different settings including classroom, virtual sessions and webinars, panels, to large audiences as well as one to ones.
