Valeria has been working in the Financial Services industry for 20+ years. Her career as a Talent Development expert ranges across several European and American investment banks: Commerzbank, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and most recently Goldman Sachs. Valeria is an Occupational Psychologist specialising in Talent Development: she is a knowledgeable Instructional Designer and has developed several leadership development programmes and training sessions; she is an experienced Trainer and Facilitator with an authentic and engaging style; she is comfortable delivering in different settings including classroom, virtual sessions and webinars, panels, to large audiences as well as one to ones. Valeria is also an Executive Coach having coached internally at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, and with clients in sectors including financial and professional services, wealth management, pharmaceutical, management consulting and non-profit organisations.
