Their trainers are second to none, super knowledgeable and great facilitators. I attended a 'Managing Challenging Conversations' course through Total Excellence Centre last week. The course was fantastic, and I took so much away from it, that I will use everyday in both my work and personal life. The trainer Kerry was so engaging and inspiring. She kept all the delegates very interested throughout the day, keeping the learning fun and varied. The venue was great and easy to find and the food was very good too. 5* - Highly recommend.

We contracted Total Excellence for a 2 day Train the Trainer course. Tom was absolutely fantastic as the trainer, I cannot recommend Total Excellence and Tom enough. From the very first chat with the organisation and right down to the aftercare and support, every little detail was outstanding. All the team highly recommended this course and Total Excellence Centre and we will certainly will be using them again.

I have recently completed a ‘Presenting with Impact’ course, which I just loved! Our facilitator Kerry was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, very approachable and her expertise on this topic was clear. She made everyone feel comfortable and provided practical tips and constructive feedback, which was given in a way that encouraged improvement without discouraging participants. This personalised feedback was incredibly valuable to me. One of the standout elements was the focus on practical application, which we were all really nervous about initially, however by the end of the 2-day course, we were all chomping at the bit to practise, which was instrumental in improving our presentation skills after the 2 days. I would highly recommend this presentation skills course to anyone looking to enhance their ability to deliver compelling and effective presentations. It has certainly increased my confidence and Kerry was just absolutely brilliant. Thank you to the team at Total Excellence Centre for providing another high-quality learning experience.

The ILM Level 3 Step-Up Managing for Success programme has been absolutely fantastic for me as a manager. Having had no formal training on this topic, and learning ‘on the job’ as it were for the last 3 years, this has been a real eye opener for me and I can’t wait to start putting the skills learnt into practise with my team. We covered so much over the 4 days, and I enjoyed every moment of Angie’s guidance and support. She was very down to earth, had lots of anecdotal nuggets to share, and she added lots of humour throughout, which was great. This is a must do course for any current, new or aspiring manager, wanting to develop, polish up or refresh your skills. It was also really good to share experiences with other managers from other parts of the business too! I definitely give this programme 5 stars!

I recently undertook the ILM Level 4 Leadership Programme which I found most useful. The trainer was excellent, the course intensive but fun and I can already see the benefits of applying the learning in my current role. The programmes certainly provided a great deal of information and a huge variety of topics were covered which I feel will greatly assist in my own growth and development alongside the management and development of individuals within my team. The team at Total Excellence were incredibly helpful and quick to respond, there were lots of resources and the classroom based learning over 4 days, along with a large number of modules and two assignments to complete alongside working, was a challenge, but patience and persistence paid off and I am delighted with my results. Huge thanks to the team at Total Excellence Centre.

I would HIGHLY recommend 1:1 Executive coaching . I have been in Senior Management for 6 years and I had a 'light bulb' moment after my very first session. I have only just scratched the surface but already see and feel the difference in my leadership style. I will continue to learn and develop through Total Excellence Centre and I cannot thank them and Julie enough for the coaching and techniques I have learned over the last 3 months.
