His career journey as a coach, training consultant, course designer, and facilitator has equipped him with the versatility to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences. Since gaining membership to the Institute of Training and Development in 1987, Tom has built a strong reputation as a dynamic Management Trainer and Change Agent. He specialises in delivering a broad spectrum of Learning and Development programmes, adapting his approach to meet the unique needs of each client. A certified Belbin and Success Insights consultant, Tom pairs robust learning methodologies with a highly engaging, interactive style. His extensive experience in Coaching and Mentoring also ensures that his sessions are not just informative but transformational, helping individuals unlock potential they didn’t realise they had.
