Over the course of her career, she has worked across a variety of industries and in several countries, gaining valuable commercial insight and a deep appreciation for the impact of effective leadership and people management on organisational success. While passionate about employment legislation, leadership, and principles-led, evidence-based HR, what truly motivates her is helping people grow. She enjoys supporting individuals to develop their skills, build their confidence and capabilities, and ultimately thrive in their careers. For over a decade, she has designed and delivered workplace training and development programmes tailored to meet both organisational goals and individual aspirations. Charlotte's experience spans a range of educational and development roles, having worked as a Lecturer in HR delivering CIPD-accredited qualifications, serving as an Industry Trainer in Leadership & Management delivering ILM ((part of the City & Guilds group) (formerly known as the Institute of Leadership & Management)) accredited vocational qualifications. As an ILM-approved Tutor, Assessor, and IQA, she is currently Centre Manager responsible for running the ILM Approved Centre at SVC Training Ltd. Supporting learners—from aspiring and new managers to experienced leaders—is incredibly rewarding, and she is committed to guiding them through every stage of their development journey. With 30 years’ experience leading, managing, and advising teams of various sizes and structures, she brings practical, real-world insights and expertise into her training, mentoring, and coaching. Charlotte specialises in leadership, management, HR, and interpersonal skills development, and takes pride in helping others grow, evolve, and achieve their full potential.
