"Learnt so much about myself as a person and a manager, thank you Charlotte. The service I received was very good, the training was excellent, Charlotte was a lovely trainer she made us feel at ease and that we could discuss openly the different subjects we were learning. Charlotte also made it fun and totally enjoyable especially the activities we did. The facilities were absolutely perfect and we all enjoyed the lunches.
