Jon is the founder and principal consultant of StoryQuadrant, a B2B positioning and go-to-market consultancy. Over a 25-year career he has worked at the sharp end of enterprise software, learning how to take a dense technical proposition and shape it into a narrative that lands with buyers, executives and sales teams alike. He built and led pre-sales consulting across EMEA at KANA Software, spent nearly a decade at Salesforce progressing from Solution Engineer to Distinguished level and on to Global Sales Storytelling Lead, and was Senior Director of Value Messaging at Seismic.
