Jon is the founder and principal consultant of StoryQuadrant, a B2B positioning and go-to-market consultancy. Over a 25-year career he has worked at the sharp end of enterprise software, learning how to take a dense technical proposition and shape it into a narrative that lands with buyers, executives and sales teams alike. He built and led pre-sales consulting across EMEA at KANA Software, spent nearly a decade at Salesforce progressing from Solution Engineer to Distinguished level and on to Global Sales Storytelling Lead, and was Senior Director of Value Messaging at Seismic. He has delivered training to Salesforce, Slack, Lockton Insurance, Denodo, Mulesoft, Lowe & Fletcher, ThinkProject, Promon, Loftware, Syndigo, AWS plus many more. Jon is also a member of The Magic Circle, which has taught him more about audience attention, timing and misdirection than most sales training ever will, all of which finds its way into how he teaches.
