It was an absolute privilege to have him as our trainer during the Selling Skills traing. Over the course of three days, he led the group like a true maestro. Energizing, inspiring, and bringing out the best in every participant. His ability to maintain focus, momentum, and a high standard throughout was nothing short of impressive. I have had the pleasure of attending Mike's Outcome Selling training at with my colleagues at xxxxxx. Mike really challenged each of us to evaluate our current sales process and to help us to develop a framework in which we sell with the customers outcome as the ultimate focus. Even with 27 years of sales experience, Mike found a way to teach this dog some new tricks.
