The Centre’s mission is to help individuals, teams, and organisations apply AI responsibly and confidently, turning curiosity into capability and experimentation into real-world action.

Rather than offering isolated or purely technical instruction, the AI Learning Centre delivers structured, industry-aligned programs that build leadership capability, governance maturity, and workforce readiness across the AI value chain.

The future of education isn’t a place. It’s an ecosystem. If we think the future of learning is just classrooms with smarter tablets or better online lectures, we’re already behind. What’s coming isn’t a tool upgrade. It’s a ecosystem shift. For the first time in history, intelligence is no longer scarce. Learning no longer has to move at the speed of the classroom, it can move at the speed of the individual. Because in a world where intelligence is everywhere, the advantage goes to those who know what to build, why it matters, and how to keep learning. The future belongs to AI-enabled creators, not passive consumers.

AI by PSG (Problem Solved Group) helps teams and individuals make AI actually work at work with practical steps, real examples, and safe guardrails that protect privacy and brand voice. Ria (AI consultant + marketing director) and Lukas (computer science engineer + AI consultant ) co-deliver training that skips hype and focuses on everyday business tasks: writing, research, reporting, content, customer support, and simple automations. They’re a “dream team” to learn from because you get both sides of the brain in one room: Ria anchors everything in real business outcomes (what to do, why it matters, how to adopt it without chaos), while Lukas makes sure the tools and workflows actually work in the real world (how to set it up, troubleshoot it, and scale it). The result is training that’s human-friendly, technically solid, and immediately usable so people leave with confidence and working systems, not theory.

Being Human in an World

14 Nov, 2025In Person

5/5

RDM Marketing Consultants had the privilege of hosting John McGiffin as our opening keynote at AI-Con South West 2025. John set the tone for the entire day with a presentation that was professional, engaging and grounded. His talk The Human Story of an AI World explored how AI is reshaping work, creativity and decision-making while reminding us why human strengths and values matter more than ever. He highlighted the power of using AI intentionally and ethically while inspiring our kids the future leaders to think critically and explore AI and robotics. He also reminded us to look for the boring repetitive tasks people dislike and create AI agents to handle them. Some jobs will be replaced so we need to upskill and stay ahead of the game but many more jobs will be created. It was a positive look at how humans and AI can work together. He engaged with the audience and made them reflect on the key AI topics he raised. Feedback from the audience was that his talk was one of the highlights of the day. John is someone you naturally look up to. He is knowledgeable, genuine and generous with his time. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a credible and inspiring AI speaker.
