Prisca Nyamupachitu is an Executive Human Capital Strategist and Board Advisor with over 25 years of experience across banking, FMCG, education and training, and consulting. As Country Head for MCA Training International and Managing Consultant of Futures Human Capital, she works with boards, CEOs, and leadership teams on people strategy, culture, leadership capability, and workforce performance. She previously served as Cluster Head of HR for Ecobank, leading multi-country HR strategy across Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi, and the DRC. Her work included post-merger integration in two markets, governance transitions, workforce redesign, HR auditing, and performance improvement. Prisca is a Chartered HR Practitioner and award-winning leader, recognised as IPMZ Best Female HR Practitioner of the Year, Outstanding Leader in Human Capital Development, and Gold Award winner for Outstanding HR Leadership in Banking. She serves on the boards of two educational institutions and is the Founder of Jonpris Foundation Trust, partnered with Tools with a Mission (TWAM UK). Her focus areas include HR strategy, organisational restructuring, talent and succession planning, leadership development, performance systems, culture and change, employee relations, governance, and board advisory on human capital risk.
