International Facilitator, Coach & Speaker Amma is a Human Resource Professional with 17 years of experience in Ghana’s financial sector. Renowned for building trust and managing relationships, she has led teams to transform both multinational and domestic businesses. Amma served as General Manager of Human Resources for Enterprise Group, where she developed human capital strategies to drive growth. She previously held senior HR roles at Standard Chartered Bank, acting as Head of HR and serving as a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach. Additionally, she worked with the Agricultural Development Bank on performance management initiatives and gained international experience with the International Labour Organisation in Geneva. Amma holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics, a certificate in European Human Resources from Erasmus University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana. Married with four children (including twin girls), she loves cooking, reading, and mentoring young people.
