Our programs are customized to address the specific pain points of our clients, which are identified through a detailed TNA post understanding the roles to tasks of employees.

S-iBA Vision is a Swiss-based company with 20+ years experience specializing in innovative, VR enhanced learning and skill building solutions, particularly for sales, leadership, and management training. We help clients to design and roll-out time effective and high impact skill-building programs by combining immersive VR/AI based and autonomous knowledge acquisition with face to face practice bootcamps to increase engagement and measurable Return on Learning (ROL).

Methodology

Traditional training is no longer enough because "knowing how" is useless if it is not transferred in "showing how". Therefore, organizations need learning that is engaging, scalable, and truly transformative. I use the power of video feedback to demonstrate the impact of getting it wrong, and of mastery As a self-employed coach: My clientele ranges from senior executives and operational managers, to individuals in their private capacity, regardless of status. Clients come to me to rediscover purpose, achieve focus, and to take confident action. I help them to make sense of the challenges they face; to resolve dilemmas; to explore future possibilities; in short, for clarity on their next steps. My background: As a trainer, I have been training in all industries, including financial services, sine 2002.
