S-iBA Vision is a provider of turnkey training solutions.
We help customers to design customized training programs and deliver them in multiple languages around the world with less off-the-job time, wall-to-wall lover cost and without compromising on lasting impact and Return On Learning. The Swiss-based company with 20+ years experience offers traditional face-to-face and in-person trainings as well as innovative hybrid (blended) training solutions combining autonomous knowledge acquisition with the proprietary VIRTRACON™ app and trainer led face to face practice bootcamps to increase engagement, anchor the learnings and maximize the Return on Learning (ROL).

Traditional training is no longer enough because "knowing how" is useless if it is not transferred into "showing how".
