Bruce Johnstone PhD MBA CA FHEA FAIA(acad.) is a Melbourne-based university lecturer in Strategy and Entrepreneurship with extensive experience advising the leaders of growth businesses in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. His UK experience includes roles as Regional Manager at Grant Thornton UK LLP London and Director of Business Growth Programs at Cranfield University. In addition to his MBA and PhD in Entrepreneurship, Bruce is also a qualified chartered accountant (CA ANZ) and a licensed finance broker in Australia. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an Academic Fellow of the Association of International Accountants. Bruce works with executive teams to plan Strategy, Growth, Global Expansion and Startups. He provides planning resources and guidance to create detailed business plans and facilitates workshops to develop and review those plans. Workshops can be entirely online, or convened at client premises or offsite/offshore locations. Bruce also provides The Management Program - Management training that can be online, hybrid or face to face. This is university-level material designed to enhance the management skills of current and emerging managers. The program builds knowledge and skills that can be immediately applied to the workplace by participants to improve the quality of management in your organisation.
