Private Equity and M&A Expertise
Specialising in the private equity and M&A sectors, Sway helps leaders build capacity and readiness in the pre-transaction phase via coaching and facilitated offsites, and resilience and rapid execution during integration through multi-layer enablement initiatives and a proprietary employee listening tool (The Organisational Health Index - OHI). Measuring 7 leading indicators of post-change dysfunction, the OHI acts as an early warning signal for risk to revenue and retention.
Learning and Development
Sway develops proprietary content to support organisational learning initiatives, delivered through trainings, workshops, offsites, or keynote sessions. Topics include understanding change, the science of communication, loyalty, relational leadership, psychological safety, resilience & stress, and healthy ways of working.
Methodology
Sway's founders, Mike & Marina have over 50 years experience in executive commercial and people leader roles. All of their work blends lived experience with psychology, neuroscience and body-based techniques to help organisations navigate the evolving context of the workplace and translate scientific insights into meaningful and measurable outcomes.

Marina is an Organisational Psychologist who specialises in talent strategy, executive coaching and scaling cohesive organisations. Her award-winning research, How Movement Moves Us, explored the untapped potential of our bodies for facilitating the cognitive, affective and social processes of leadership and high performance.

Elisa is an Organisational Psychologist with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, programme delivery and evidence-based strategy. She holds a Master’s from the London School of Economics, where she specialised in qualitative research and organisational analysis. Passionate about gender equality and inclusive leadership, she brings a human-centred approach to sustainable change initiatives.
