Over 12 weeks the trainers at PELMO gave me more confidence to speak up at work and be clear and concise with the other nurses and physicians. Getting the information correct is critical for me, for obvious reasons. I have to talk with people from different cultures everyday in my job and now I have the skills to do that confidently and not let emotional conversations escalate. Excellent training experience I wish I'd had years ago.

Tanya made it easy to apply what we learned right away. I immediately felt more confident when speaking with our higher profile clients and I didn't feel nervous when negotiating contracts. I learned how to actively listen (and I've done training on this before and it never worked) and that made all the difference. Our client retention has improved a lot as a result. The skills we learned I could use right away. The feedback was the most important aspect, in my opinion. Tanya's feedback was very specific for each of us and we had a lot of time to practice before actually using it at work. That was the key for me. I had the confidence to apply what I learned for the first time and the results were immediate. Difficult conversations became easier and clients trusted me more which really helped with client retention and customer satisfaction.
