“During our hypergrowth phase, it became very difficult to give consistent feedback to the teams. Bandwidth was limited, management capacity was stretched—and this need was also coming directly from the teams themselves. They wanted an objective way to understand what they were doing well and where they needed to improve. What really changed things is that the demand is now coming from the reps. They want this level of feedback for 100% of their meetings, with no blind spots. Of course, some tools can run BANT or MEDDIC and capture what was said in a meeting to enrich the CRM, and that’s useful. But very few tools help you understand how things were said. Capturing the content is one thing. Analyzing how the conversation actually unfolded—the relational and behavioral dynamics of the meeting—is something else entirely. And today, this is the only solution we’ve found that truly does that.”
