Inlibrium is a private, six-month, medically supervised psychedelic-assisted transformation program for founders, executives and senior leaders. The Integral Self-Actualisation Program combines psychiatric and medical eligibility screening, a full diagnostic panel (DNA, gut health, hormones, metabolic markers, biological age), three private seven-day residentials in Jamaica with clinically supervised psychedelic-assisted therapy, integrative psychotherapy, Conscious Leadership executive coaching and longevity optimisation. Three dedicated experts support each client throughout: a personal psychiatrist or psychologist, a personal health expert and a personal executive coach. There is no standardised protocol or dose. Founded in 2021 by Hardi Põder and Monika Jakobson. A limited number of clients each year.
