Executive Menopause Coach
08 Jun, 2026 •
“The KCA, Executive Menopause Coach and Train the Trainer courses are incredibly supportive and thoughtfully delivered. The course content was impactful, practical, and grounded in real workplace application. I particularly value Kathryn's framework, which provides clear, compassionate, evidence-informed approach to peri-menopause and menopause education. I know I will actively be using this framework in my coaching and workshops going forward, both with individuals and organisations. I would highly recommend the Academy to anyone looking to deliver menopause education with confidence, credibility and care.”

The fact that the menopause can present so differently for individuals, and can impact from head to toe, just demonstrates to me that being able to only “experience” second-hand the effects, all men should recognise the inherent physical, psychological and social strength women possess to deal with this phase in their lives; when all men see this, especially in the industry sector I have been ensconced in for so long, then we will all know there is real change afoot.

It has been a truly valuable journey for me, full of new insights and learning experiences. I felt fully supported by such a great team throughout the process. As someone who enjoys focusing deeply on a task and solving it efficiently, I can say that I fully dedicated myself to both the training and the assessment. I am very happy to have had the opportunity to get to know you and to have crossed paths with Kathryn Colas Academy.
Educate, Equip and Empower
08 Jun, 2026 •
“I am excited to create opportunities to Educate, Equip and Empower women and men, to know what is happening at this time of life, to equip them with the knowledge of what they can do, which will empower them to make the correct decisions for themselves and people around them. Thank you KCA for this great training and opportunity.”

“I have absolutely loved studying with the KCA. It was a huge step outside of my comfort zone of educating people purely about the necessity of lifestyle change to manage Menopause, but it has really improved my understanding and empathy for many of my employed clients and broadened my knowledge. I am now going to incorporate Menopause within the workplace in my workshops and webinars - I already have a webinar booked with a large company and am hoping to roll it out throughout their branches. Again, thank you so much for such a wonderful course.”
Personal Development

“I enrolled with the Kathryn Colas Academy because I wanted to upskill myself as a personal development exercise in educating myself, as well as for professional purposes in offering educational input to my clients.”

“It crossed my mind the challenges I have had will be happening to a significant number of ladies I work with and on opening up the conversation, I have found many of them are struggling with aspects of their jobs as a result of menopause symptoms. It is for this reason that I wanted to join the Menopause team at my workplace. Studying with the KCA helped us deliver essential information to ladies and Managers alike, to help keep people in the jobs they love and to retain great employees and all their experience within our business.”
Menopause Coach

“I am on my own menopausal journey, so keen to support both employees and our coaching clients understand the menopausal symptoms they are experiencing and why as well as how to manage them. I recognise the value of my ‘lived experience.’ From a neuroscience perspective, I have learnt the importance of gaining clarity because the clearer we are, we use the right energy to make the right kind of decisions. The support I’d like to provide individuals and organisations as a Menopause Coach is recognising everyone’s experience of the menopause is different, so the coaching isn’t prescriptive but empathetic, warm and creating a safe space for people to talk. At my current employer, I am already implementing an awareness programme utilising some of the KCA training and resources.”
