Lofty Learning & Development Ltd is a specialist project management training provider that combines accredited project management expertise with inclusive learning practices to help every delegate succeed.

Founded by Alistair Loffstadt, the company specialises in PRINCE2®, AgilePM® and Scrum training, delivered in a way that makes complex concepts practical, engaging and easy to understand. A key part of Lofty's approach is ensuring that learning works for everyone. Drawing on his Learning and Development background and experience supporting neurodivergent learners, Alistair designs training that removes unnecessary barriers without lowering standards, helping delegates with dyslexia, ADHD, autism and different learning preferences build confidence alongside their technical knowledge.

This inclusive approach benefits every learner. Whether delegates are completely new to project management or experienced professionals preparing for certification, training is structured to be interactive, supportive and focused on practical application rather than simply getting through the course material.

Alistair is an affiliated trainer with APMG and PeopleCert and has over 27 years' experience across financial services, project delivery, business change, stakeholder engagement, operations and professional learning. His commercial background allows him to bring project management frameworks to life through real business examples, helping delegates understand not just how the methods work, but when and why to apply them.
