About this trainer

I'm an accredited PRINCE2®, AgilePM® and Scrum trainer with over 27 years of experience in project management, business change and learning and development. What makes my approach different is my passion for creating learning environments where every delegate has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background, experience or learning style. I specialise in delivering inclusive project management training that supports both neurotypical and neurodivergent learners, including those with dyslexia, ADHD, autism and other learning differences. Drawing on my Learning and Development background, I adapt my delivery style to remove unnecessary barriers to learning while maintaining the high standards expected of accredited qualifications. My focus is on helping delegates build confidence, stay engaged and leave with knowledge they can genuinely apply in the workplace. Before becoming a full-time trainer, I spent many years in financial services leading projects, improving business processes and working with stakeholders across global organisations. This practical experience allows me to bring project management to life through real business examples rather than relying solely on theory. I believe great training is about much more than passing an exam. I enjoy breaking down complex topics into clear, practical concepts using visual learning, discussion, scenario-based exercises and regular knowledge checks. Every course is designed to encourage participation, build confidence and help delegates feel comfortable asking questions throughout their learning journey. Whether I'm working with corporate teams, experienced project professionals or individuals starting their careers, my aim is always the same: to create an engaging, supportive and inclusive learning experience where every delegate has the confidence to achieve their qualification and apply their new skills with confidence long after the course has finished.
