Typically our clients include: Local authorities and District Councils; Charites and Voluntary Sector Organisations; Universities and Colleges; NGOs and other publicly funded agencies. We can also provide financial training for private sector companies. Our training is very practical in nature, and aimed at non-financial managers with financial responsibilities such as budgets or financial decision making. We are excellent at ensuring participants see the relevance of our training to their personal and organisational development, being able to implement the knowledge gained immediately in the workplace.
Organisations can also use our financial competency assessments to establish training needs, and establish the level of financial competence. Our books can provide excellent reference material and attendees can obtain CPD hours.
We have a new service called Budget on Track which allows organisations to offer a support service for their staff who have financial responsibilities, which is accessible as and when required. It provides personal mentorship, coaching, upskilling, and assistance, at great value for money. We believe that training and development can be designed to meet organisational and personal goals in innovative and adaptable ways.

Very clear and concise and gave relevant and meaningful examples relating to our work and organisation. Good course excellent trainer who grasped the particular nature of our accounting system and adapted her delivery accordingly. I particularly enjoyed the exercise that enabled us to interpret a budget report where we were able to explore the different risk factors that may cause an adverse or savings to our budgets.
