HB Training and Publications International provides financial management skills training for the public and non-profit sectors. They offer books, online courses, assessments, and a range of training options. Their courses cover essential skills like budgeting, financial management, financial strategy, and fraud awareness. These can be delivered face to face or virtually at times to meet the clients requirements.All our open courses can be tailored to meet individual organisational needs.

Typically our clients include: Local authorities and District Councils; Charites and Voluntary Sector Organisations; Universities and Colleges; NGOs and other publicly funded agencies. We can also provide financial training for private sector companies. Our training is very practical in nature, and aimed at non-financial managers with financial responsibilities such as budgets or financial decision making. We are excellent at ensuring participants see the relevance of our training to their personal and organisational development, being able to implement the knowledge gained immediately in the workplace.

Organisations can also use our financial competency assessments to establish training needs, and establish the level of financial competence. Our books can provide excellent reference material and attendees can obtain CPD hours.

We have a new service called Budget on Track which allows organisations to offer a support service for their staff who have financial responsibilities, which is accessible as and when required. It provides personal mentorship, coaching, upskilling, and assistance, at great value for money.
