I really enjoyed the e-Learning module "The Art of Self-Empowerment". The structure and content really helped to re-boot and recharge me. The organisation of the module is user-friendly, interesting and simple to understand. I also enjoyed the inspirational quotes in the module from different people.

This training module was amazing. Probably the best session yet. I learned so much, the key take away from this module for me was being patient, staying calm, and being empathetic. I picked up some new tools to help me be successful in my day to day work. My favourite part was role playing the different positions. I learned a lot from others on how I can be better. 

Cath is also highly skilled and creative when it comes to delivery and has delivered many fantastic interactive development sessions and consistently receives positive feedback from her learners.
