Educated and with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, I have worked all over the world delivering learning and development systems and training for several 5* hotel openings. In 1996 I founded a training company in St Petersburg, Russia that I ran for 16 years providing L & D solutions with a team of local trainers to both national and multinational companies including JTI, British American Tobacco, Dresdner and Raiffeisen banks, Kappa Packaging, Motorola, Intermedia and Oracle, Sheraton, Kempinksi, Radisson SAS and Rocco Forte hotels as well as local companies - MyHotel, Lenta supermarkets, Sperbank, LuKoil, and Rolf Group (car dealers). On returning to the UK I founded Green Key Personal Development and have continued to work with all kinds of organisations in the spheres of leadership, customer excellence, communication and workplace wellbeing. My life long work and calling has been about helping others to unlock their potential and be the best they can be. It brings me great satisfaction and joy to see someone blossom through new skills and confidence acquired through training and/or coaching. In addition to my skills in L & D I am also a qualified and practicing medical herbalist, naturopath and kinesiologist as well as Reiki practitioner. Using these skills I facilitate the return to vitality and wellbeing of individuals. Bringing wellbeing into organisation culture is essential to sustaining company profitability and growth as well as the overall wellbeing of the work environment.
