We had Bob deliver in-person sales and negotiation workshops for software agencies in Cluj, Romania that either want to develop their client base in the UK or struggle to close deals. Each time I need to recommend someone who can help develop negotiating skills in cross-cultural sales, it is always Bob Spence who comes as a first choice. I took part in a couple of his workshops, and I am sure that his knowledge in this area is exceptional.
