Mitali Deypurkaystha trains regulated firms end-to-end, from general staff on safe, day-to-day AI use, to compliance officers, managing partners and risk officers on regulatory mapping, oversight and evidencing compliance in regulated environments. She designed AISensa Academy's evidence-led approach, starting with a real usage diagnostic, not a guess, so training addresses what a firm's people are actually doing, not what a policy assumes they're doing. She is CMO and co-founder of AISensa, a governed AI platform used by UK-regulated professional services firms, and Chair of the Board at the Organisation for Responsible Businesses. She also co-founded the Human-First Responsible AI Pledge and writes as a UK AI and technology journalist with a national press card. Her training translates AI regulation, ISO 42001, the EU AI Act, SRA, FCA and FRC guidance, into practical, evidence-based steps a regulated firm can act on and defend at inspection, without assuming a legal or technical background.
