About ACUDEMY LIMITED
Visit WebsiteOrganisations don't underperform because of strategy. They underperform because of capability gaps — in their people, their teams, and the cultures that shape how work actually gets done. At Acudemy, our work starts from a simple premise: when you invest in the right skills at the right level, performance follows.
We are a UK-based professional training organisation established in 2014, with a track record of developing capability across technical, leadership and behavioural disciplines for over 300 organisations across the UK and internationally. We work with businesses and institutions to design and deliver learning that builds real, lasting competence in the people who drive performance day to day.
Our work spans payroll and finance, project and change management, digital skills, leadership and management, workplace wellbeing and continuous improvement. These disciplines reflect the breadth of capability that modern organisations need to function well, adapt quickly and sustain strong results. Every programme we deliver is built around practical application, because the measure of learning is what changes when people return to work.
We hold accreditations and partnerships with CMI, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Lean Six Sigma, CIPD, IAB, ITIL and Sage, and our programmes are designed to align with the real environments and pressures our clients face. Delivery is flexible — classroom, virtual, on-site or blended — shaped around your organisation rather than a fixed schedule.
What we offer
Technical and compliance capability — payroll, finance, HR and IT programmes that build precision, confidence and regulatory literacy across your teams.
Leadership and management development — practical programmes that strengthen how your managers lead, make decisions and create conditions for performance.
Digital and analytical skills — Excel, Power BI, AI literacy and broader digital capability built for the modern professional environment.
Behavioural and organisational development — DEI, mental health awareness, resilience and soft skills that strengthen culture, communication and team performance.
Why organisations work with Acudemy
Our clients include Barclays, BT, British American Tobacco, DFDS, FlixBus, Thames Water and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), among many others across the public, private and third sectors. Our trainers bring direct industry experience alongside instructional expertise, and our programmes are consistently rated for the quality of facilitation and the practicality of what delegates take away.
We understand that a training investment only has value if it changes how people perform. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every engagement — and why the organisations we work with continue to come back.
Our mission is to help organisations build the skilled, capable and confident people they need to perform and grow. Our vision is to be the development partner that organisations return to, programme after programme and year after year.

FLIXBUS
FlixBus needed a scalable framework to reduce inconsistent negotiation, improve stakeholder alignment and strengthen commercial discussions.
Acudemy delivered a 1-day negotiation programme designed to establish a structured negotiation model, enhance commercially aligned communication, and introduce decision-making tools such as BATNA to support improved preparation and strategic thinking.
Teams reported greater readiness and confidence, stronger preparation and more consistent outcomes in partner talks, boosting efficiency.
DFDS
DFDS needed to lift Microsoft skills across operational and admin teams, improving consistency in data, reporting and everyday productivity at scale.
Acudemy delivered a phased virtual programme for 70 staff: Excel Intermediate for 45 and Microsoft Office Essentials for 25. Training ran in multiple cohorts to keep sessions interactive and relevant. The focus was hands-on Excel functions, data accuracy and core Word/Outlook skills, helping teams work faster, with fewer errors and clearer communication.
DFDS teams gained confidence and accuracy, streamlined workflows and adopted more consistent use of Excel, Word and Outlook across the organisation.

Trainers

Part of our training team, Scott is a sales performance specialist who helps B2B founders and senior leaders turn unpredictable pipelines into consistent, reliable revenue. Over the past five years, he has worked with managing directors and CEOs across sectors such as cyber security and enterprise sales to sharpen their teams’ focus, increase conversion rates and reduce wasted effort. Scott’s approach goes beyond traditional sales techniques. He helps sales professionals develop the right mindset and habits, strengthen their communication skills, build confidence and emotional intelligence, and improve their commercial awareness and understanding of buyer psychology. Through practical, hands-on training and coaching, he supports sales teams to prioritise the right prospects and decision-makers, maintain lean and realistic pipelines instead of “hope-based” ones, hold more confident, outcome-focused conversations, and consistently hit – and often exceed – their revenue targets.

Sheila is one of our accounting and payroll trainers, with decades of hands-on experience supporting business owners and finance teams. She understands the day-to-day realities of bookkeeping, payroll and changing regulations, and focuses on making these processes clearer, simpler and more efficient for the organisations she works with. Known for her patient, “hand-holding” style, Sheila combines practical examples with clear explanations so that delegates leave feeling confident using tools such as Xero, Sage 50, QuickBooks, IRIS, Excel and leading payroll software. Whether she’s working with a growing start-up or an established organisation, her goal is always the same: to make finance and payroll manageable, accurate and far less stressful.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
14 Nov, 2025 • In Person
The course had a good balance between group activities, exercises and theory. The interaction as well as learning; Teach-Back at the start of days were very good points. The trainer presented the course topics very well and made sure there were plenty of activities and group interaction.
Payroll Theory and Sage Training
17 Jun, 2022 • Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
It taught us a lot on the payroll theory and was well described. Once we started using Sage on the last day it was easier to process doing it ourselves.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
09 Sep, 2021 • Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
It was good as it was as it was full of examples and explanations. The Accounts Payable and Receivable course was very well structured and educative, exceptional experience.
Six Sigma

Thanks to John and Yousouf for their professional approach in delivering Six Sigma Green Belt to several UK Sites. John with his tutoring, expertise and guidance through the week on the casework and exam were exemplary. Ensuring the practical application of the tools and techniques via our own case studies allowed the learning experience to be more productive to the attendees.
Six Sigma

The trainer has a great ability to teach continuous improvement, Six Sigma concepts and techniques. A strong focus on practical delivery of the tools by employing a vast array of experience leading/coaching change management. He is highly professional and passionate about the discipline and it shows through his determination to drive understanding throughout the 5-day course by adapting to everyone’s needs. The course was rigorous and exciting, as I can already see how I will employ new techniques.
