I am a non-clinical Menopause Specialist with a clinical qualification in Peri/Menopause. As far as I am aware I am unique within this space.

I have personally experienced some of the worst aspects of this stage of life, and a lack of support from both male and female clinicians. In fact, I got so desperate to help myself I gained a clinical qualification to do so.

I can educate all ages and genders with the most up to date medical and pharmaceutical knowledge on HRT/MHT, how peri/menopause effects the brain, our genitourinary system, and testosterone use in women, to name just a few.

I can write and deliver bespoke content for you, including talks and training. Whether you need a basic introduction, or information which is far more detailed and anything in between, I am the specialist for you.

My whole approach is to help people understand WHY we go through perimenopause, what menopause is, and the risks to health once we are menopausal. I then can explain how HRT/MHT works, the benefits, the risks, and the choice of formulations.

When women are given the information they need, they can then make an informed choice. All genders and ages benefit from this knowledge, we all know a woman from the age of 35 years onwards (the age perimenopause can start from). Surgical menopause can happen at any age, so thinking of menopause as an old age stage is not factually correct.

As well as being able to educate your business, I also give 1:1 support to women, before, during, and after perimenopause. I can help in the following ways.

1). Help them understand what physical and psychological changes are happening to their bodies and why,

2). Help them to decide if they could be perimenopausal.

3). Go through all their symptoms and explain why they are experiencing them and why hormones, exercise, and nutrition can help. And then enable them to track them.

4). Help with a doctor who does not want to prescribe hormones as they are 'dangerous' or they are 'too old/young.'

5). How to use HRT/MHT, where to apply it and how to get the maximum benefit from it.

6). Check in regularly to see how they are getting on.

7). Be available where possible when they need help and support or to answer queries or questions.

8). Help them to not only reduce their symptoms but to potentially eradicate them.

9). How to reduce their risk of future inflammatory diseases.

10). Be able to direct them to other specialists, including fitness professionals, nutritionists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, gynaecologists, aestheticians, etc, all of whom are trusted and respected in their fields.
