The State of Instructor-Led Training Report 2026 will be the first global benchmark report created specifically for the ILT provider market.

Not L&D in its broadest sense. Not corporate learning as a whole. This report focuses on the businesses and professionals who design, sell, manage and deliver instructor-led training.

The Training Marketplace will contribute something most industry reports cannot access: real buyer behaviour data from our platform.

By combining those demand signals with survey responses from training providers worldwide and analysis from an advisory panel of industry leaders, we aim to show not only how the ILT market is performing, but how provider priorities align with what buyers are actually seeking.

The report launches in September, and the survey is now live.
