I particularly like the simplicity of the application as whilst the challenges can be intricate and complex, navigating and using the app isn’t. It hasn’t been over engineered with distracting features- instead focusses on the management issues and straightforward learning outcomes. It is almost impossible for the learner not to take this and use it in the workplace.
Of course it has the other elements of recording learning and development for compliance purposes, but this really is more than a tick box exercise. Personally I would recommend business’s give it a go and choose the pathways most relevant to the team.
