Phase 1: Getting Started & Upgrading

  • Log into your claimed free profile using your email address and password.
  • If you receive a prompt, verify your email by checking your inbox or spam folder.
  • Navigate to the edit profile section of the platform.
  • To edit a premium profile, you must first purchase a premium subscription by selecting either an annual or monthly plan.
  • Once subscribed, you can begin filling out the three main parts of your profile: the profile, the trainer profile, and the reviews.

Phase 2: The Main Profile Section

  • Fill in your basic information, including your name, website, and company number.
  • Add your appointment booking link, which will generate a visible free call button for interested buyers.
  • Format your company descriptions into multiple parts to make them easier for users to read and for the platform's AI to detect.
  • Add your address (which you can choose to show or hide), headquarters region, profile picture, and the industry you serve.
  • Use the "problem we solve" premium option to list up to 6 specific problems your buyers face that you can fix.
  • Buyers can click on these listed problems to immediately request a quote via email.
  • Add up to 4 key statistics, combining numbers and secondary text, to grab the attention of buyers landing on your page.
  • Include any additional info like employee count and ESG, then click "Save Profile".

Phase 3: The Trainer Section

  • Navigate to the trainer section to add your specific training capacity.
  • If you have multiple freelance team members, utilize the "center provider capacity" feature.
  • If you are a solo trainer, click "Add New Trainers" and input your name, descriptions, and your range of day rates.
  • Select the specific subjects you train from the drop-down list.
  • It is highly recommended to choose niche subjects rather than a broad selection, as the AI favors recommending specialized providers over generalists for specific searches.
  • Fill out your delivery location, delivery method, language, level, and group size, then be sure to click "save trainers".

Phase 4: Reviews & Social Proof

  • Navigate to the reviews section to upload previous reviews, as buyers care deeply about this social proof.
  • You can upload multiple reviews at once or add them individually.
  • To add them manually, input the reviewer's name (or select anonymous), course name, rate of experience, and the review text; these will go live immediately.
  • Generate a QR code or shareable link to collect new reviews from clients.
  • You can download the QR code to display at the end of training slides, and it takes users about 2 minutes to submit their feedback.

Phase 5: Clients & Case Studies

  • Add trusted organizations you have previously worked with by entering their company name and logo, ensuring they are set to be visible.
  • Highlight case studies connected to these companies to build trustworthiness with the buyer.
  • Fill out the case study details: plan name, logo, the challenge solved, the solution, number of participants, and an optional highlighted result.
  • You can dynamically add up to 4 case studies, with 2 being visible on your profile at any given time.

Phase 6: Media & Documents

  • In the media section, add up to 6 YouTube or Vimeo links showcasing your training or marketing videos.
  • The platform will fetch the video, allowing you to edit the job title and description before adding it to your profile.
  • Upload your main documents to display two main showcases on your profile.
  • Additional supporting documents will be housed within an info button for buyers to access.
