As a Training Buyer what do you think of some of the tools used by some of our Training Providers ?

Before the Training

• Get delegates up to speed with adaptive learning platforms – such as Coursera for Business and LinkedIn Learning .
• Use platforms like Degreed or Ed App to create personalized learning paths allowing delegates to focus on the areas for improvement

During the Training

• Using tools like Quizlet and Kahoot! – to offer customized quizzes and real time feedback Seeing whether delegates can provide “better” answers to scenarios than chat GPT.
• Creating realistic scenarios for trainees to practice management skills, such as conflict resolution, decision-making, or using platforms like Mursion to provide AI-powered virtual environments where trainees can engage in role-playing exercises with virtual actors.

After the Training

• AI can analyze data from training sessions to provide insights into each trainee's progress, using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
• AI-powered chatbots and platforms like Watson Assistant and Google Assistant can assist trainees by answering questions.
