The undo button was a bottle of Tippex!  Now in 2026 we have fast processors in our computers, we have thousands of different software packages available to us and dependant on when the company was formed, many thousands of documents because users are not sure about keep, archive or delete!

Recently AI in the Workspace – especially copilot has become more and more widely used. Mainly for information retrieval at speed! But we still need humans to review, confirm accuracy and present the data. Information retrieval is only also scratching the surface of what is possible. 


However more and more companies are allowing users to rush into AI Adoption without fully considering Governance, security of data and access permissions.  Also we have found recently that our Copilot Training Sessions for just 90 minutes to 2 hours are really popular to encourage users to find out more on how best, and what to use Copilot in the workplace.
