Is Your Microsoft 365 Investment Delivering What You Expected?

Over 30 Years ago when Suzanne started delivering her Excel Courses using Excel 4.0 users would book a course – often for 2 days and the Course Profile was packed with information. Looking back, I’m still not quite sure how delegates managed to absorb all that information in 2 days, that’s if they did! Certainly in todays world of training Companies want Bite Sized Learning Sessions or Sessions designed around a specific project, business challenge or immediate need. 

The great thing with Remote Training Delivery is that we can do just that, we can deliver a 30 minute training session because we have no travel involved on a Teams Call. The preparation is still there, and the consideration given to the outcome for the clients, but with zero travel – 30 minutes works! 

In our experience, 90 minute training sessions are often the sweet spot.  This gives time for the Trainer to teach new skills and for the users to take on the information, explore it for themselves and ask questions. 

Next time you put together a training programme, consider if you have looked at options other than the full day training programmes available as standard.  Delegates don’t need to be taught everything in one session. They need to learn enough to solve today’s problems.
