With its Hybrid Learning Approach S-iBA has redefined the traditional learning process into two key phases. 1st: acquire and transfer the KNOW-HOW: this is done by our proprietary VR/AI app VIRTRACON™ who enables highly interactive self-paced learning independent of time, location and other people. 2nd: practice and anchor the SHOW-HOW: during online and face-to-face bootcamps we train intensively the learned concepts and tools with customized scenarios, provide feedback and help learners to transfer the acquired skills to the daily work.
