The models (and the approach to strategy) are based on rigorous yet practical principles of how real-world systems work. They are highly visual, so teams can see how their plan or issue may play out over time under varying scenarios and strategies.

For LEADERS the online courses show how to USE digital-twin models to evaluate, test and continually manage any plan, whether that plan concerns simply fixing a limited operational issue, the strategic plan for the entire organisation, or any scale of issue between these extremes.
