Most organizations don't have a people problem - they have a leadership problem.
When leaders lack the tools to communicate clearly, build trust, and create accountability, the consequences ripple throughout the business:
• Burned-out managers who struggle to lead effectively
• High employee turnover and costly hiring cycles
• Disengaged teams doing the minimum instead of their best
• Misalignment between departments that slows execution
• Poor communication that creates frustration and conflict
• Missed goals despite having talented people
These aren't HR issues - they're business issues that impact productivity, profitability, and long-term growth.
That's where I come in.
I'm Nathan Mitchell, Founder and CEO of Lead Empowered LLC, Leadership Strategist, Executive Coach, and Forbes Coaches Council Member. I help small and mid-sized businesses eliminate the leadership challenges that hold teams back so they can build engaged employees, confident leaders, and high-performing workplace cultures.
Using the 5 Voices Empowerment System and practical leadership frameworks, I help organizations:
• Develop leaders people actually want to follow
• Improve communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Increase employee engagement and accountability
• Reduce burnout and leadership fatigue
• Retain top talent by creating healthier workplace cultures
• Build teams that consistently execute and deliver results
My approach is grounded in more than 25 years of leadership experience across corporate retail, higher education, nonprofit, and small business.
As a Community Leader with Walgreens, I coached store managers while driving operational performance. As Dean
of Academic Affairs, I led faculty and staff through organizational change. Most recently, I spent seven years as Organizational Leadership Strategist at EPIC, helping cultivate a culture recognized multiple times as one of Oklahoma's Best Places to Work while contributing to the organization's Oklahoma Quality Foundation Achievement of Excellence Award.
Across every industry, I've seen the same pattern: organizations rarely fail because they lack talented people. They struggle because leaders haven't been equipped to bring out the best in those people.
Healthy leadership creates healthy culture. Healthy culture drives business performance.
If your organization is experiencing burnout, turnover, disengagement, or leadership inconsistency, let's talk about how we can build leaders who create teams people want to be part of—and businesses that consistently perform at a higher level.
