I'm Nathan Mitchell, Founder and CEO of Lead Empowered LLC, Leadership Strategist, Executive Coach, and Forbes Coaches Council Member. My approach is grounded in more than 25 years of leadership experience across corporate retail, higher education, nonprofit, and small business.
As a Community Leader with Walgreens, I coached store managers while driving operational performance. As Dean
of Academic Affairs, I led faculty and staff through organizational change. Most recently, I spent seven years as Organizational Leadership Strategist at EPIC, helping cultivate a culture recognized multiple times as one of Oklahoma's Best Places to Work while contributing to the organization's Oklahoma Quality Foundation Achievement of Excellence Award.
