In partnering with Birkbeck, University of London (2013-2020) we collaborated on a Certificate in Higher Management for PAs (CertHE ManPAs) 120 credit programme, the first year of a degree in Business & Management. With Birkbeck we worked on designing the programme offering Office Professionals the opportunity to develop their business knowledge and management skills and gain a recognised qualification from one of the UK's top Universities. As a result of the programme many EAs & PAs received promotion on their return to the office. Since 2013 we have seen the role responsibilities expand significantly with the advances in technology.
