About The Department of Facilitation
Visit WebsiteWe work with ambitious organisations who want to collaborate and participate in training on sensitive DEIB issues: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. Your organisation may not refer to these topics as DEIB, perhaps you call it: Workplace Culture, Inclusive Leadership, Employee Wellbeing, Challenging the Status Quo or High-Potential-High-Friction? We invite course participants to get involved from the outset. Our delivery style is both friendly and assertive as well and highly interactive and informative. We use TBR techniques (Training from the Back of the Room) to ensure all training happens WITH you, not TO you. As lifelong learners ourselves, it matters to us that all course participants can apply what they learn, to their life, with the confidence to experiment and be accountable. We invite everyone to build on their own habits to become the change they want to see in an equitable world.

Lisa Moldau
Facilitation Practitioner, TBR Practitioner, CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice
8 years experienceLinkedIn
Lisa works with organisations to deliver training on sensitive DEIB issues: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. Lisa's delivery is both friendly and assertive as well and highly interactive and informative. Lisa uses <Heat and Light> to invite people to step into their own education (light) while also understanding the urgency and impact of doing nothing (heat). They don't shy away from sensitive topics and always invite participants to ask THAT question (the question they might otherwise not dare to ask). Lisa has over a decade of experience in regulated industries (telecoms / utilities) and, previous to that, they worked in UK media (TV, film, music publishing) as well as supporting scaling business with complex technical engineering challenges and collaborative ways of working. Lisa will work with you to make the training bespoke to your teams. They are an accredited Facilitation Practitioner, Certified TBR Practitioner (Training from the Back of the Room), have been awarded a CMI Level 7 Leadership Practice Certification (focused on Inclusion).
