Tim Leonard is an outstanding facilitator, tutor and personal development coach specialising in the design and delivery of management, leadership and professional skills programmes. With over 45 years' experience in business management and people development, Tim brings a rare combination of commercial understanding, practical insight and engaging delivery. His training career began at IBM, where he worked for over 15 years across Finance, Accounting and interpersonal skills training, before moving into management development with Xyratex. Since 1998, Tim has been Director of FOXTWO Limited, developing and delivering management and professional development courses across a wide range of organisations. Tim is known for his passionate, compelling and charismatic delivery style. He combines humour, energy and real-world experience to create courses that delegates remember long after they have finished. His sessions are highly practical and interactive, using discussion, individual and group exercises, real workplace examples and opportunities to practise new skills. A key feature of Tim’s approach is his ability to question, encourage and constructively challenge delegates in a way that builds confidence and supports meaningful development. He is proud to continue supporting delegates through informal coaching and mentoring, often long after a course has ended. Tim has developed and delivered a wide range of programmes covering management, leadership, personal effectiveness, communication and professional development.
